Peta is passionate about assisting businesses that are undergoing growth or development or are under-resourced and need qualified assistance on a short or long-term basis. Project Ops enables the Business Owner or key staff member to utilise the valuable company time to focus on the core product/service and growing the business.

Peta has over 18 years’ experience as an accomplished business operations, project and event management professional. She has fulfilled significant management, operational, leadership, project design & development, and analysis functions. Peta’s wealth of experience enables her to successfully analyse, plan, implement and deliver efficient business operations solutions to our clients.

Julia has over 15 years’ experience working as a Human Resources and Recruitment specialist in Australia, the UK and Asia.  Julia has held senior positions in multinational and domestic organisations across a range of sectors including Engineering, Property, Online Travel and Non-Profit.  
Julia brings a deep understanding of how to successfully match organisational needs with the right talent.  She is passionate about ensuring that the right people are in the right role and won't compromise if the fit isn't there. She holds qualifications in Psychology and Human Resources and brings considerable experience to finding the right talent to support business goals.


Jennifer pettigrew


Jen is a bubbly, highly energised, extremely organised and efficient event professional.  Her experience ranges from high-end private and intimate events through to large scale corporate product launches, brand activations and mainstream music/spiritual festivals.

She has an extremely positive attitude, great motivational skills and demonstrates strength under pressure whilst remaining calm and controlled. Jen is professional at all times and passionate about running smooth and successful events for our clients.

She also has a Working With Children qualification.
